Daily Burn 90 Day Challenge - Week 4
Wow, we are already a month into this challenge and this last week wasn’t too bad. I think I’m still trying to figure out the best mix of cardio and weight training to maximize my workouts while still keeping my eating as clean as possible. I had some slip-ups during the week but that’s pretty much expected and I’m a lot better at dealing with them.
Looking at my fitness report, I lost 2.4 lbs which is right where I want to be. I wish I could lose it faster but I know that between 1 and 2 pounds is the best way to go. Slow and steady because the future is coming anyway so I might as well be working on this.
I have added a new weight routine on a T/Th/Sa schedule and today I started the EA Active 30-day challenge. I bought an exercise ball that I still haven’t used and I feel like I’m pretty well equiped in my home gym plus outdoors for walking.
I have not been back to the gym yet but I really need to either go or cancel. I feel like I have to many options now at home and going there takes a lot of time out of my night just in driving there and home. I would go on Saturday morning but I’m already booked for a day of helping a friend remove wallpaper. I really need to get there to do the Super Circuit orientaiton. So busy these days it seems.
I’ve also started playing around with the Wii Fit and really like the step aerobics, the hula hoop and the ski jump. I’m so lucky to have friends that are willing to lend me their Wii games to try these out.
