Single Serve? Are You Sure?
So it’s time for lunch and you are thinking some chicken noodle soup would sure hit the spot. You pull out this nice, convenient, straight to the microwave soup from the well known Campbell’s company. You casually glance at the nutrition label and think:
Calories: 70Fat: 2 gramsCarbs: 10 grams
Doesn’t sound that bad, does it?
Now look at the serving size: 1 cup
Servings in this “single use container” ? - about 2.5
So really it’s:
Calories:  175Fat:  5 gramsCarbs:  25 grams
Still not that bad but certainly not the nice 70 calories you might think at first glance.
(I’m not going to get into the sodium content in this post but wow - it’s high)
