The 90-day Challenge - Week 2

Week two of the Daily Burn 90-day Challenge has ended and I didn’t have the greatest week. I am focusing on the plus side which is that I haven’t gained weight this week. I’ve only lost about 0.2 lbs though. I had a hard time following my plan through the weekend and that did not help.

I really need to refocus my efforts because I got stuck on another plateau recently. I think it’s going to be a matter of re-evaluating my calorie intakes and balance those against my calories burned. I should probably invest in a heart rate monitor at some point just to be sure my calories burned is accurate. I also want to try and add some light morning exercises that I can do before getting ready for work.

I’m still doing the walking and playing golf, both of which I am enjoying. Today I got a total of 11.5 miles walked so I’m feeling good about that. I am a bit tired and a little sore but I figure that the only way to keep getting more distance. The next hurdle on distance will be working on increasing speed.
